XAUUSD — The Drop Is Strong

XAUUSD — The Drop Is Strong

Gold is still moving with bearish pressure after the recent breakdown.

Price is now approaching the 4,357 React Fibo / Buy Scalping area, and this is where the chart becomes important.

After a strong drop, many traders will want to sell late.

But Tiara’s plan is not to chase the move.

The Simple Read

4,357 is the first reaction zone today.

If buyers defend this area, gold may create a short-term bounce toward 4,414.

But 4,414 is the real test.

This level is the Sell Zone / Downtrend Retest area.

If price reaches 4,414 and rejects, sellers may return again.

If 4,357 fails clearly, the next downside zone is 4,293.

This is the deeper React Fibo / Buy Zone, where I will watch for a stronger reaction.

Key Price Zones

  • Current price area: 4,365 – 4,375
  • First reaction support: 4,357
  • Downtrend retest / Sell Zone: 4,414
  • Deeper Fibo Buy Zone: 4,293

Trading Plan

If Gold Reacts from 4,357

A short-term recovery toward 4,414 is possible, but the bounce needs confirmation before considering a trade.

If Gold Rejects from 4,414

The bearish structure remains active. Price may rotate lower again toward 4,357 and potentially 4,293.

If Gold Breaks Below 4,357

The next important reaction area becomes 4,293.

Key Takeaway

Do not chase the bearish move after a strong drop. Watch 4,357 for a reaction and 4,414 for a potential bearish retest. A confirmed break below 4,357 shifts attention toward 4,293.
